Mining

The mining industry i s one of Zimbabwe' s most lucrative industries for investors, with Gold, Platinum and most recently L i thium taking the center stage. I t has been confirmed that Zimbabwe i s endowed with over 40 different kinds of precious minerals including diamonds, coal, gemstones, granite, manganese, chrome, l i thium, asbestos, i ron ore, copper, nickel, cobalt, l imestone, coal- bed methane ( CBM) and rare earth minerals. The mining industry in Zimbabwe has been projected to be valued  at  over  12  Billion,  and  hence  there  are  abundant  opportunities  in  the  sector. Opportunities exist across the sector' s value chains from surveying, extraction to value addition.
